12 pm is the 2027 Elections for 3 departments: Information Technology (IT), Marketing, Operations. These are positions that will be for 2 years.

Calling all Volunteers for help to take down the convention and put it away. Time TBD (usually around 3pm to approx. 8pm) we will need help doing merchandise counts for our inventory, packing up everything into bins, and possibly a few able-bodied people to help our Magnetrons take these items to our storage unit (which is only about 2 miles away).

Vendor move in time: TBD. Keep an eye on your emails for news from the Vendor Magnetron, but we are hoping to have the ballroom open by 7pm.

Calling all Volunteers for help to set up the convention! Go time is currently 5pm, but we will need help getting items out of storage, our Vendor Room ready for Vendors, Registration Desk items organized and set up, and Programming will need help getting signs onto doors and tables.

We will be in the Minnesota Room on the south end of the building on the 1st floor.

If you park in the South parking lot (it’s on the SouthEast corner of the tall tower building) there is an entrance in the corner, and just inside to the left is the Minnesota Room.

Our February meeting is As Needed. We will email and post on social media if we do have a meeting. But right now our plan is just for Magnetrons to have a work day for finalizing plans.
