Vendor move in time: TBD. Keep an eye on your emails for news from the Vendor Magnetron, but we are hoping to have the ballroom open by 5pm.

Calling all Volunteers for help to set up the convention! Go time is currently TBD, but we will need help getting items out of storage, our Vendor Room ready for Vendors, Registration Desk set up, Merchandise organized and set up, and Programming will need help getting signs onto doors and tables.

Calling all Volunteers for help to take down the convention and put it away. We usually get started around 3pm to approx. 10pm (at the latest) we will need help doing merchandise counts for our inventory, packing up everything into bins, and a few able-bodied people to help our Magnetrons take these items to our storage unit (which is only about 2 miles away).

Vendor move-out time: At 4pm Vendors can start breaking down to pack up.

12 pm is the 2027 Elections for 4 departments: Administration, Finance, Programming, & Vendors. These Magnetrons will serve a 2 year term.

1 pm is the After-Con Review. Did you like/dislike something about the con? Please come and let us know!
