The room block for 2027 at the
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South
is now OPEN!
Once again, all room requests will be handled online through the hotel, unless you have a very special request, then you can call them at 952-835-7800 and mention the Con of the North 2027 room block. The room block online request will be open until January 21, 2027, so plenty of time to make your reservation.
A few FYIs for everyone:
The online reservation is DEFAULTED for Thursday the 11th thru Monday the 15th. Please adjust to your days as you see fit.
MOST rooms are $139/night. There are a few large Executive Suites & all the Poolside Cabana rooms are not under the room block rate, so they will not be found on our reservation page. The con also does not get room block credit for these rooms.
Dogs & cats are welcome to stay in your sleeping room (with a $50 non-refundable fee & 75lbs max). Only service dogs are allowed in event space. Pet info can be entered into the Special Requests section.
Vista Tower (the tall 22-story tower) the odd numbered rooms are smaller and cannot accommodate rollaway beds due to fire regulations. If you need a rollaway, please request an even numbered room along with your request for the rollaway under the Special Requests section.
If you have any sort of vertigo (if you feel tall buildings sway), please put this info in the Special Requests section to request a lower floor room.
If you need connected rooms, please let them know by requesting 2 rooms (there is a check box on the reservation page for this option). Only the same type of rooms usually have connections (king to king, double to double).

If days start getting sold out, let Operations know and they will reach out to the hotel to add more rooms into the room block. You can email them at Operations@conofthenorth.org

Click on the “Book a Room” button.
Next page is where rooms sections will appear. If you need Connecting Rooms, this is where you make your selection.
Here are the different room types.
After you select your room, click on the “Show Price Details” to double check your information. It will open up and show you the room style, which nights, the prices for each night, a room charge total, and a total taxes.
Scroll down to find the area where you can add in the names of additional people staying in your room, as well as the Special Requests section (for pets, service animals, rollaway beds, late check out).
Once all your roommates and special requests have been added, please click the “Book Reservation” button, and then you are all set!
