Submission Deadline

The deadline for events which are guaranteed to be in place for Phase 1 Event Selection is November 1, 2025 (Phase 1 Events open aprox Nov 8th). But we will continue to take submissions until January 17th at Noon. There will be a delay accepting your game, but they will be entered into our system as they are received.

All registration and event submission is done through TableTopEvents.

Are you interested in running a lot of games over the weekend? If you plan on running games for the majority of the convention, we have a new application for Designated and Large Group Spaces. Please fill out the form and our Programming Magnetron will reach out to you with more information.

Pick up Events/Open-Gaming

You must be registered to play games – even for the open gaming spaces. There are numerous opportunities for playing games with others while at the con that are not submitted and scheduled. Check the online schedule on TTE for a game, or inquire at the Registration Desk for where open gaming is located.
